"Support Banner" Overview

Notes

• Applications will be made for each venue.

• The locations are randomly located inside and outside the arena, and groups cannot choose from. Please note that tickets may be displayed in areas where tickets are required.

• In the event of severe weather, the display of "Support Banners" may be cancelled. In such cases, we will send the actual "Support Banner" (part 1) to the applicants, but there will be no refunds.

• If bad weather occurs such as gusts of winds while the show is displayed, the show may be cancelled before the show ends. Please note that there will be no refunds in this case as well.

(Paid option) Sample of support banner display

Up to 10 samples of original banners designed can be applied as an option per application. (Only the fabric part will be delivered, and accessories such as poles are not included)

(Notes)
- Regardless of the number of copies ordered, the delivery address will be to a representative registered with "Cheering AD Online." Please note that we cannot accommodate individual delivery.
-The samples are intended for fans to enjoy them personally, and if resale or other activities are discovered, we may cancel the provision of this option and the banner measures themselves in the future. We strictly refuse sales on flea market apps, etc.

It may take up to two months for delivery after the live performance to be completed. Thank you for your understanding.

Application Schedule

*Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales may end without notice even during the application period.
*Payment methods are credit card and bank transfer. If you would like to transfer your bank, please make a transfer within the application period. Please apply with plenty of time to complete the deadline.
*Please strictly adhere to the design submission deadline. If the deadline has passed, it will not be possible to display it.

How to apply

Please read all the information on this article and the application page. By applying for the "Support Banner", we assume that you have agreed to all of the information listed.

1. From the "STPR Family Festival!! Support Banner" page within Cheering AD Online, enter and confirm the necessary information, add it to your cart and complete your application.
*When applying, please select the venue you would like. If you would like to have both venues, please add them to your cart.

②We will send you an application confirmation email. Please refer to the template and design the banner freely. (It may take several days to send a confirmation email after you apply.)

③ Once the design is complete, please upload it to the special form by noon on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 in the submission form listed in the email ②.

④We will send you an email with your design receipt. If there are no defects in the content, the item will be posted. Stay tuned for the day of the live show!

*If the design size or specifications do not match, your order may be cancelled.

Design Rules

Rules for fan fiction

• For works that the Jeki Support Advertising Office deems not to fit your image, we may not be able to accept submissions.

• Please refrain from using derivative works created by third parties without permission, such as obtaining them from social media or websites.

Inquiries and requests to the following official artists are not permitted.

Any inquiries to artists other than those listed above are the responsibility of the fan organization to follow the etiquette. Please note that if any problems arise, the rules may be changed.

* "Difference fiction" refers to the activities of adding new creativity to STPR artists and creating new works. In other words, the act of copying it as is (or acts that can be viewed as the same as this) is not a fan fiction work.
*Individual inquiries regarding fan fiction works cannot be answered.

Design Specifications

Use templates to design.

There are three types of templates available: Please choose the one that suits your environment.

• Illustrator (AI)

• Photoshop (PSD)

• PNG

Please be sure to check the [Usage Precautions] for each template before using it.

💡 For those who do not have dedicated software
If you do not have Illustrator or Photoshop, you can create a canvas of the original size by opening a PNG template with an illustration software such as Clip Studio.
However, in some environments such as iPads, they may be automatically compressed. Before you createAre the canvas size (2441 x 7165 pixels) and resolution (100bpi) correct?Be sure to check.

③About reproducing the colour
The printed colors may differ from those seen on the screen (monitor). In particular, the following colors areIt's difficult to reproduce in printingPlease be careful.

Also, if submitted in RGB format, it will be converted to CMYK format for printing. Therefore,The way the colors appear may changePlease be aware of this in advance.

Notes

- Minors are not allowed to submit support ads. (Not allowed regardless of the organization's representative, member or investor) Even if the parent has consented, minors will not be able to submit their work. In addition, parents are not allowed to apply on their behalf.

Prohibited matters

Regarding the following matters, even after the publication has been confirmed, the publication at the venue may be cancelled without notice. In that case, we will not refund you.

① Designs that contain obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, political, cruel, expressions that make a person uncomfortable with a third party, or other expressions that are contrary to laws or regulations or public morals.
② Designs that contain expressions that infringe on ownership, intellectual property rights including copyrights and privacy rights of STPR, STPR members, and other third parties.
③ Other designs that include expressions deemed inappropriate by the Jeki Support Advertising Secretariat

In addition, acts deemed inappropriate by the Jeki Support Advertising Secretariat may be designated as prohibited acts. Please follow the etiquette and implement it.

Disclaimer

STPR and the Jeki Support Advertising Office shall not bear any responsibility for any dispute arising between the applicant and a third party regarding the posting of "Support Banners", regardless of the cause. .
