• "This Advertisement": refers to "supporting advertisements" for posters and digital signage videos posted by "your organization."

• "Service Fee": refers to the fees paid by "Your Organization" in exchange for using the "Service."
• "Materials": Images of the "Target" for the production of "Advertisers" provided by "jeki" to "your organization" with permission from the "rights holder" at the request of "your organization"; images of the "Target" for the production of "Advertisers" provided by "your organization" to "your organization" with the permission of the "rights holder"; refers to data such as logos.

Article 2 (Transaction flow for "This Service")

   3. "Days that you would like to display"
   4. "Target"
   5. "Right holder" (name of the agency or other entity of the "Target")

      If you do not obtain any of the above permissions from the "right holder", you will need to agree to the "Notes" that will be displayed separately.
   7. Whether or not there is a request to create a "production advertisement" for "jeki"
      If your organization wishes to do so and agrees to it, your organization may request that Jeki be made to produce this advertisement for a fee. Furthermore, if the provision of "item materials" is limited to "jeki" due to the request of the "rights holder," the organization must request "jeki" to produce "item advertisements" for a fee.
4. After entering and selecting the necessary information in (3), select the payment method ("Credit Card Payment" or "Bank Transfer"), enter your credit card information or bank account number, and apply. (If you have not registered your account, you will be moved to the entry screen for (1) or (2), so you will be able to complete your account registration before applying.)

7. If you have obtained permission to either or both of the support advertisements from the "right holder" and to provide the "Materials", based on the payment method selected in (4), the "Service Fee" will be paid as follows. It is assumed.

8. If "jeki" confirms payment of the Service Fee from your organization, it will purchase advertising media that displays "Advertisers" to "Main Media Company."
9. If the purchase of advertising media in (8) is completed, "jeki" shall notify "your organization" that it agrees to use the service, and upon this notification, "jeki" and " This Agreement shall be concluded between you and us. Please note that once this Agreement is concluded, you will not be able to cancel or cancel the Agreement due to your organization's convenience, and we will not be able to refund the Service Fee that has already been paid.
10. After the conclusion of this Agreement, "jeki" will be sent to "Your Organization" at the time of sending the email that has agreed to the application, the amount of the Service Fee received, and the date of receipt (in the case of credit cards, payment procedure processing, if necessary (This is the date when the advertisement is confirmed) and the location, facilities, etc., etc., will be notified to "your organization" about the location, facilities, etc., and the period, etc., where "This Advertising" will be displayed.
11. If, after the conclusion of this agreement with your organization, "jeki" will provide "materials" to "your organization" for the production of "present advertisements", in principle, the company will address the "representative of your organization." shall be done by email to. 12. Your organization shall produce this Advertising at its own responsibility and burden, and submit it to "jeki" using the specifications (file format, size, etc.), deadlines, and methods specified by "jeki" (excluding , except when you request "jeki" to produce "This Advertisement." Your organization shall comply with all of the following requirements regarding the production and submission of this Advertising:

14. If any or both of the "rights holder" and "Home Media Company" are instructed to make amendments in the "examination" in (13), "Your Organization" shall make amendments at its own responsibility and burden. .

2. "This Agreement" is subject to the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 1 or laws, if "Your Organization" withdraws your application for use of the Services before the establishment of the Agreement, the Agreement will be subject to the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 1 or laws. Except in cases where the product is cancelled, "jeki" will post "This Advertisement" in paragraph 1 (15), and the period will end when the completion of that period.

Article 3 (Measures in connection with changes to advertising media)

Article 4 (Reason for termination after contract is concluded)

1. Even after the conclusion of this Agreement, if any of the reasons listed in the following items fall under any of the following cases, "jeki" may immediately terminate this Agreement. Article 5 (Representations and Warranties)

"Your Organization" guarantees "jeki" the following:

9. Article 9 (Confidentiality)

Article 10 (Changes and suspension of this service, etc.)

Article 11 (Compensation)

2. If "jeki" causes damages to "Your Organization" in connection with this Agreement or through gross negligence, "jeki" shall compensate for the damages.

3. Your organization (including individual members) will not be able to damage jeki even if the posting of "Advertisers" using the "Service" does not meet subjective expectations. Compensation or other claims cannot be made.

4. The provisions of the preceding paragraphs shall survive the termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reasons.

Article 12 (Contact method, etc.)

Any communications and notifications between you and "jeki" based on the "Terms" will be made by email between "jeki" and "representative of your organization" or other means as defined by the Company.

Article 13 (Governing Law, Consensus Jurisdiction, Transaction Currency)

Your organization shall review and accept the following items without objection: The effect of this section will remain in place even after the termination of the "Agreement" regardless of the reason.

1. The governing law of this Agreement shall be Japanese law.
2. Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be made by the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of jurisdiction of the first instance.
3. The performance of monetary obligations between you and jeki under this Agreement shall be made in Japanese yen.
