It's been a long time since I posted. This is the riverbank of the support advertisement "Cheering AD."

Thanks to you, Cheering AD celebrated its second anniversary in April 2025!
Over the past two years, support ads have expanded dramatically from "something special" to "options for everyone's favorites," and Cheering AD has also helped to shape the many cheering feelings.

On the 2nd anniversary, the service has been updated dramatically! Make your favorite activities easier and smoother. The evolution of support ads will accelerate even further from here onwards.

What's OOH?

"OOH" stands for "Out of Home" and is called "outdoor advertising" in Japanese.

It refers to advertising media such as traffic and outdoor advertising, such as train and bus ads, airports and station ads, body wrapping ads, and outdoor signs.

Most of the support and Senil ads that everyone has posted are OOH!

And this time we're bringing you the Buzz OOH in March, where the desire to support them has spread throughout the city.
Anniversaries, concerts, cheering, retirement... There were as many advertisements as there were to celebrate, with the town's enthusiasm.

Just walking around town warms my heart. Let's look back at such moments together!

OOH that buzzed in March 2025

1 | My favorite dormitory students jack up Shinjuku! "Twisted Wonderland" 5th anniversary @Shinjuku BBB

  • Number of reposts: Approximately 6,096
  • Number of Likes: Approximately 81,000

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of the popular game "Twisted Wonderland," we'll be jacking up Shinjuku BBB, right in the middle of Shinjuku!
The beautiful footage has sparked a lot of attention, and the official post has 22,000 likes, and the photos and video posts taken by fans have also been buzzing.

Many fans were on the spot every day to capture the moment when my favourite dormitory students were projected on a big screen.

Shinjuku BBBIt features high visibility unique to an ultra-large vision and high affinity with content aimed at fans. It also allows for long, beautiful animations, allowing you to fully experience the world of the work.

Furthermore, it was also being launched simultaneously at Osaka Metro Midosuji Jumbo, spreading a "anniversary celebration mood" that transcends the region.

2 | Unexpected synchronization! "Ekinet Touch with GO!" x "Wicked" movie

  • Number of reposts: Approximately 63,000
  • Number of Likes: Approximately 4,869

A poster for the "Ekinet Touch with GO!" featuring the Asagaya sisters, and a poster for the film "Wicked: Two Witches" that will be released on March 7th. The unexpected pink and green colour links got a lot of excitement!

I also went to see "Wicked" after a long time ago, and every time I saw the Asagaya Sisters' poster at a JR station, I found the classic song "Defying Gravity" playing in my mind. (If possible, I would like the Asagaya Sisters to sing!)

In fact, ads for the Asagaya Sisters have been posted for quite some time now, but with Wicked released, posts such as, "Are you going on a magical journey on the Shinkansen?" and "Elphaba and Glinda look like the Asagaya Sisters!" have spread on social media!

As this small synchrony suddenly revives my feelings for the work as I walk around town, it was the moment when OOH became more than just an advertisement.

The film "Wicked: Two Witches" will be held on a large scale with OOH expansions all over the country in conjunction with its release. I'm sure many people saw it in the city.

◆Tokyo Metro Shinjuku Metro Super Premium (this is peel-off)

・Keio Line/Inokashira Line Shibuya Station
・Ikebukuro Station Central Passage
・Whity Umeda
・Dotonbori HIT Vision

I think it was an OOH event where every time you see a "Wicked" advert in the streets, it wasn't just a promotion, but rather a gentle revival of the bond between the two.

3 | Yonezu Kenshi goes to the world. Supporting ads by Chinese fans @Shanghai/Bundan

  • Number of reposts: Approximately 5,496
  • Number of Likes: Approximately 28,000

To celebrate Yonezu Kenshi's world tour "JUNK" performance in Shanghai, local fans were displayed to support him.
The setting was the large vision of "Band's Window" in the Bund of Shanghai, a global tourist destination. This area is famous for its night view, and the special feeling is engraved with your favorite name.

This ad was not a promotion, but was displayed as a "support advertisement" by volunteer fans. Whether you're a fandom, you'll be able to visit the live show or not, it's a form of blessing that's unique to fandom, and it's a form of blessing that will shape your desire to celebrate this day.

Incidentally, this time of year coincided with Yonezu's birthday, and the birthday party at the "Underwater Stone (Chinese Popular Hot Pot Shop)" by 250 local fans was also being spread on social media.

By the way, "Band's Window" is a famous OOH in Shanghai, having previously published the film "Masquerade Hotel."

Yonezu Kenshi's world tour "JUNK" was also launched by a large-scale official OOH at the venue, and the production that transformed the city itself into "Yonezu World" attracted attention.

◆Tokyo Dome

◆Taipei Arena

By the way, support advertisements can be posted in the same place at the Tokyo Dome and Taipei Arena!

4 | Sakanaction cheers for the Dragons through the fence. @Nagoya Stadium

  • Number of reposts: Approximately 5,349
  • Number of Likes: Approximately 60,000

Yamaguchi Ichiro of Sakanaction is known as a Chunichi Dragons fan.
Sakanaction's advertisements have appeared on the ground fence at Nagoya Stadium again this year!

This is a "support ad" that Yamaguchi Ichiro himself posted with his feelings for the Dragons. This initiative is likely to enter its third year.

Fans were moved, saying, "I'm glad they were able to come out again this year," and "I went to the stadium to see this."

Incidentally, Master Hamburg also posts ads to support the Dragons in the ground fence ads at Nagoya Stadium.

Ground fence advertisements are not only visible to visitors but also to television broadcasts, and are actually a medium that is attracting a lot of attention.

At the same time,Advertisement commemorating the retirement of SoftBank's Wada TakeshiIt was also a hot topic.

Survey period: March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025
Research method: Collect X (Twitter) posts containing OOH-related words (such as "station advertising" and "vision") within the above period, and calculate the number of posts and likes for each post.

*There may be some errors from the actual numbers of this analysis depending on the timing.

Summary: Variations of "celebrating feelings" that are overflowing with the city

Looking back at the buzz of OOH in March, what all of them all had in common was that they had a pure desire to "support and celebrate someone" in the form of advertisements.

• Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Twisted Wonderland with fans with a huge vision
• I bring my heart to the two of Wicked one more time through the poster
• Yonezu Kenshi's live performance will be held in the night view of Shanghai
• Sakanaction's Yamaguchi Ichiro gives his feelings to his beloved Chunichi Dragons
• Congratulations on Wada Takeshi's retirement throughout his local town

OOH is no longer just a "means of communication."
I want to celebrate someone. I want to support you. I want to express my gratitude.
Such feelings spread into vision, stations, towns, and stadiums, making the city itself a space of blessing. That is the appeal and potential of OOH today.

Please feel free to contact Cheering Advertising for support or posting advertisements!
