I was worried because the design review took so long. When I contacted them, they immediately told me the reason, so there was no problem.

-How was it when you actually implemented the plan?
I was able to clearly understand the progress status through the spreadsheet they had created, and I was worried that the review process was going to take a long time and they didn't prepare the form, so I was grateful that they were flexible enough to send me the data in advance via email.

-Do you have any advice for people who are planning to run support ads or those who are thinking about doing so?

-What kind of support would you like to provide in the future?
I think we were a little too excited and ended up going over budget in five places. I think it's important to support people based on their personal level, so I want to find a way to support them that can be conveyed over a long period of time.
