Steps to Post an Ad

You cannot post an ad without obtaining permission from artist office or the rights holder.
The Cheering AD office will obtain all the necessary permissions to post ads and use images.

※Please refer to the schedule of "Already obtained" for the supporting artists who are in contact with Cheering AD.

Obtaining permission from artist office and rights holders

  • Make a Request

    3 months before the advertisement is posted

    If you would like to request the jeki Cheering AD office to obtain permission from artist office to run a "Fans Support Ads", please apply at least 3 months prior to the advertisement.

  • Already Done

    2 months prior to advertisement

    If you have already obtained permission from artist office to run the "Fans Support Ads" and permission to use images, please apply at least 2 months before the advertisement is posted.

2 months prior to advertisement

If you have already obtained permission from artist office to run the "Fans Support Ads" and permission to use images, please apply at least 2 months before the advertisement is posted.

We do not accept applications for advertisements to be posted more than 5 months in advance.
Please apply 4 months before the advertisement is to be posted.

    The jeki Cheering AD office will obtain permission to post ads and use images.

  3. Confirmation of available ad space

    We will send your application to each media company for review and approval.
    Please note that there are some advertisements that cannot be posted.
    We do not accept reservations. 

  4. Payment

    Please pay the advertising fee.

  5. Securing Ad Space

    After confirming payment, we will secure your ad space.
    Advertisements are sold on a priority basis.
    Please note that cancellation after application is impossible.
    ※We will secure your ad space only after receiving permission from artist office.

  6. Design Production

    You need to create a design for the advertisement.

    The jeki Cheering AD office will submit the design to media companies (e.g. subway company) and artist offices for review. 
    Please note that the review criteria may differ depending on the media company.

  8. About 2 weeks prior to advertisement placement

    Please deliver your ad materials at least 2 weeks prior to the advertisement launch.
    The content of SNS postings must also be confirmed by the media company in advance.

  9. Advertisement placement is complete!
    SNS announcements are also acceptable!

    After 12:00 noon on the day of posting, you can post your ad on social networking sites.

  • The above is an example of the flow of an advertisement and may differ from actual conditions.
  • Payment for advertisements must be made in advance.
    We do not accept payment after the advertisement has been posted.
    After confirming payment, we will apply for the ad space.
    Please note that once you have applied for an ad space, you will not be able to change the space or cancel it.
    Please note that ad spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be cases in which we are unable to secure your desired ad space.
    In such cases, we will suggest other advertising locations.
  • In the event of a change or cancellation after an application has been made, the advertising fee will not be refunded regardless of whether or not the ad is placed.
