About the posting
Regarding the manuscript
・As a general rule, please clearly state the name of "Organization name, organization contact information/operated by JR East Japan Project" in your advertising manuscript.
・The QR code can be posted on the manuscript. We will check the link in advance.
Regarding submission
・The Jeki Support Advertising Office will convert submission data for magazines.
- Please prepare the data format as PSD data or AI data.
・Please outline all fonts. Font embedding data cannot be submitted.
- Make the Sumibeta overprint, and make the colored net and white objects by combining them with the slug.
・Dark colors may not be reflected. If a color with a total of CMYK values exceed 320, we will lighten the color here.
Example: For C:100, M:100, Y:100, K100, total value 400
- The appropriate photo resolution is 350-450dpi.
- Spot colors (special colors) cannot be specified. Be sure to create it in process colors (CMYK).
- Dots of less than 10% and white letters of less than 8.5 points (grade 12) should be avoided as much as possible.
- Please send the rough draft of the manuscript in PDF format to our staff in advance to confirm the content of the advertisement.
*Schedules may change due to delivery dates, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, etc.
