Paid option

This time, we have two types of options: a regular size support flag and a mini size support flag. Customers who have applied for this option will receive a support flag after the event.

• The delivery will be "only the banner cloth part"
• Delivery available only within Japan
• Shipping is scheduled to take place within approximately 2 months after the concert ends.
• Only one delivery address is available for the representative.

[About the mini size cheering flag option]

• What you will receive is the banner cloth part, mini-sized stand pole, and base.
• Delivery available only within Japan
• Shipping is scheduled to take place within approximately 2 months after the concert ends.
• Only one delivery address is available for the representative.

*If you have registered as a new member or have a Cheering AD account, an input screen will be displayed after logging in.

Precautions

In the case of a design or message that falls under any of the following, posting may be canceled without notice even after posting has been confirmed (refunds are not possible).

• Expressions that violate public order and morals
• Slander, discriminatory, political, cruel expressions
• Mr. Kuzuha,ANYCOLOR Co., Ltd., expressions that infringe on the rights of third parties
• Other items that Cheering AD deems inappropriate.

Disclaimer

1. Regarding our company's responsibilities regarding posting
- ANYCOLOR Co., Ltd. and JR East Planning Cheering AD, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company, etc.") cannot be held responsible for any disputes that arise between applicants and third parties in connection with the posting of "Cheering Banners," unless the dispute arises intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the Company, etc.
・Even if an applicant suffers damage due to the posting of a "Support Banner", we will not be held responsible unless there is intentional or gross negligence on our part.

2. Risks associated with posting
Due to the influence of the weather and surrounding environment, items may fall, be damaged, become soiled, or be scattered.
Furthermore, in the event that it becomes impossible to display the poster due to damage, removal, theft, mischief, etc. by a third party, as this is an event that is difficult to predict or prevent, we cannot be held responsible unless this is due to intentional or gross negligence on the part of our company, etc. Even in such a case, we will not be able to refund any advertising fees paid to JR East Planning Co., Ltd., unless it is due to intentional or gross negligence on our part. We also cannot offer alternative solutions.

3.About visibility and posting status
Depending on the display location, installation environment, and surrounding conditions, the appearance and display status of the "support banner" may differ from the previous image or photo.

4. Regarding changes or cancellation of posted content after posting
From the perspective of ensuring safety, natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, traffic conditions, facility conditions, and other force majeure circumstances, the location of the display may be changed, the display may be temporarily removed, or the display may be canceled at the discretion of the venue or management.
Even in that case, we will not be able to refund advertising fees paid to JR East Planning Co., Ltd., unless it is due to intentional or gross negligence on our part. We also cannot offer alternative solutions.

5.What to do when the event is canceled
If the event itself is cancelled, we will refund the advertising fee paid to JR East Planning Co., Ltd.

6. Responsibilities of our company, etc.
Even if the Company, etc. is responsible for each provision of this "Disclaimer," the damages to be compensated shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages actually caused to the Applicant, and the maximum amount shall be the advertising fee paid by the Applicant to the Company.

When posting notices, we will give maximum consideration to safety and strive to operate appropriately to the extent possible.
