Precautions

• [Important] Minors cannot post support advertisements.(Regardless of organization representative, member, or investor, this is not allowed.) Minors are not allowed to submit advertisements even if they have the consent of their guardians. Additionally, parents are not allowed to apply on their behalf.
• Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales may end even within the period.
• Payment method: credit card/bank transfer, etc. Click here for details
  *For bank transfer, payment must be made within the application period.
• Both individuals and groups can apply.
• Design submission deadlines are strictly adhered to. If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to post.

Paid option

Customers who have applied for this option will receive a support flag after the event.

• Up to 10 sheets
• Only the flag cloth part will be delivered (poles etc. are not included)
• Delivery available only within Japan
• Shipping is scheduled to take place within approximately 2 months after the concert ends.
• Only one delivery address is available for the representative.

How to order

*If you have registered as a new member or have a Cheering AD account, an input screen will be displayed after logging in.

Starting with this performance, both individuals and fan groups can perform!
Even one person can participate.

   *Once you receive the design receipt email, it's complete! Please look forward to the day! If there are no defects in the content, the publication will be confirmed.

Prohibitions

The display of the following content at the venue may be canceled without prior notice even after the display has been confirmed. Please note that we cannot provide refunds in such cases.

1. Designs that include obscene expressions, defamatory expressions, discriminatory expressions, political expressions, cruel expressions, expressions that cause discomfort to third parties, and other expressions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
2. Designs that include expressions that infringe on proprietary rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, or privacy rights owned by STPR, other groups and creators, and other third parties.
3. Other designs that include expressions that Cheering AD deems inappropriate.

In addition, not limited to the above, acts that Cheering AD deems inappropriate may be designated as prohibited acts. Please observe good manners and practice accordingly.

Disclaimer

1. Regarding the responsibility of our company etc. in connection with posting

• STPR Co., Ltd. and JR East Planning Co., Ltd. Cheering AD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company, etc.") cannot be held responsible for any disputes that arise between applicants and third parties in connection with the posting of "cheer flags," unless the dispute arises due to intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company, etc.
• Even if an applicant suffers damage as a result of posting a "Support Banner," the Company shall not be held responsible unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company, etc.

2. Risks associated with posting

Due to the influence of the weather and surrounding environment, items may fall, be damaged, become soiled, or be scattered.
Furthermore, in the event that posting becomes impossible due to damage, removal, theft, mischief, etc. by a third party, as this is an event that is difficult to predict or prevent, we cannot be held responsible unless this is due to intentional or gross negligence on our part. Even in such a case, we will not be able to refund any advertising fees paid to JR East Kikaku Co., Ltd., unless it is due to intentional or gross negligence on our part. We also cannot offer alternative solutions.

3. Visibility and posting status

Depending on the display location, installation environment, and surrounding conditions, the appearance and display status of the "support banner" may differ from the previous image or photo.

4. Regarding changes or cancellation of posted content after posting

From the perspective of ensuring safety, natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, traffic conditions, facility conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, the location of the posters may be changed, temporarily removed, or canceled at the discretion of the venue or management.
Even in that case, we will not be able to refund advertising fees paid to JR East Planning Co., Ltd., unless it is due to intentional or gross negligence on our part. We also cannot offer alternative solutions.

5. What to do when an event is canceled

The display of "cheer flags" may be canceled due to the cancellation of the event itself, bad weather, etc., or due to venue circumstances. In that case, the display will not be posted, but the actual cheering banner will be sent to the applicant at a later date. Please note that we cannot provide refunds.

6. Responsibilities of our company, etc.

Even if the Company, etc. is responsible for each provision of this Disclaimer, the damages to be compensated shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages actually caused to the Applicant, and the maximum amount shall be the advertising fee paid by the Applicant to the Company.

When posting notices, we will give maximum consideration to safety and strive to operate appropriately to the extent possible.
