- The minimum number of broadcasts will be 90% when the program is in operation, including emergency broadcasts and obstacles.
・The date of the display may be delayed due to poor weather, etc. Furthermore, there will be no compensation for the decrease or delay in the posting period due to natural disasters, including weather.
- Advertisements cannot be displayed on restaurant maps on the left and right mirror surfaces, or on tenant signs on the top left.
-The mirror surface has three-dimensional unevenness, so text or patterns cannot be added when pasted.
1. Please submit a written or email permission from the office or rights holder.
② We will determine whether the final product is possible based on the displayed design. If the product does not match the image of the facility, we may refuse to post it.
③ If any stay or slander occurs during the display period, the facility may be removed at its discretion.
*Please note that we cannot refund or reduce advertising expenses in such cases.

Design regulations
Advertisements that fall under the following items cannot be displayed. Thank you for your understanding.
- Something that is contrary to public order and morals, something that causes discomfort to passersby and the public, or something that is recognized as not being able to be posted under social norms.
-Other items deemed inappropriate by the media company.
・We will have a client and design review in advance.
- Please note that advertisements that compete with tenants cannot be displayed.
- Any advertisements that are deemed to be sexual, violent or discriminatory, such as cigarettes, money lending, gambling, sex industry, pachinko, political and religious ads that compete with Tokyu Real Estate Group are not permitted. Please contact us for other information.
・Please note that we cannot use this service during the period when we use our company's advertisements, such as sale announcements.
-If there are too many identical designs such as the logos and characters of a company or product in the design, we will coordinate with the Shibuya Ward Office. Monogram designs may not be available for display.
