About advertisers and advertising targets
We accept submissions from individuals and organizations such as fan clubs, provided that the following conditions are met.
- If it can be determined that the person is generally recognized, such as being affiliated with an entertainment agency and making a major debut.
- If a certain amount of exposure in the media can be confirmed and it can be determined that the item is generally recognized.
About advertising design
We perform various regular design examinations (Tokyu OOH, Tokyu Bus, administrative examinations).
(1)About the description of advertisers
- For individuals: Please enter the name of the designated advertising agency and contact information (fan names can be posted as long as they are nicknames).
- For organizations: Please enter the organization name and contact information (email address is acceptable, phone number is not acceptable), and the name and contact information of the designated advertising agency.
*Contact information is not required for bus body advertisements (wrapped bus/body side advertisements).
(2)About advertising license
You must obtain permission in advance from your agency to post advertisements and publish images (portrait rights), etc. Please submit documentary evidence as to whether you have obtained permission to post advertisements and use images (portrait rights), etc.
In the case of two-dimensional content, please make sure that the copyright source and rights holder of the content is clear, and submit written evidence as to whether permission has been obtained for use of advertisements, images (portrait rights), etc.
In either case, the designated advertising agency is responsible for posting advertisements only if prior consent has been obtained.
If there is any suspicion that a rights holder such as an affiliated agency has filed an objection, permission to display the advertisement may be revoked without waiting for confirmation of the facts. If permission is revoked, the posted advertisement will be promptly removed.
Others

・Depending on the amount of support advertisements posted, the total amount may be regulated.
- If it is determined that people are gathering around the advertising material and obstructing the flow of bus users, the designated advertising agency may be requested to take security measures, or the advertising may be discontinued and removed mid-way.

About posting
Design examination
Regarding designs, please submit designs that have been approved by the client, and only designs that have been reviewed and approved by Tokyu Bus, Tokyu Agency, Tokyo Outdoor Advertising Association, Yokohama City, and Tokyu Bus Self-Examination Committee (Kawasaki City) can be displayed.
Application conditions
We do not accept the following industries.

- religious corporation
- Political parties/political organizations
- Other industries, businesses, and organizations deemed inappropriate by Tokyu Bus and Tokyu Agency.
