On the day of the live performance, we can deliver your original banners that decorated the venue as a souvenir!
Display it in your room or leave it in a photo as a memory of the live performance...🌟

• You can apply for up to 10 tickets per application.

• Only the cloth part will be delivered (accessories such as poles are not included)

• Delivery can only be made to one address, to the representative registered in Cheering AD.
  Individual delivery is not available. Also, only domestic shipping is possible.

• This sample is a souvenir for individual fans to enjoy.
  Resale (including flea market apps, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  If this is discovered, future options or the project itself may be cancelled.

• Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales may end even within the period.

• Design submission deadlines are strictly adhered to. If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to post.

*Once you receive the design receipt email, it's complete! Please look forward to the day! If there are no defects in the content, the publication will be confirmed.

*If the size and specifications of the design do not match, the order will be cancelled.

■Design rules

• Created with fan art/derivative creation

• Be sure to include the copyright notation： © STPR Inc. (Copy and paste recommended)

• No unauthorized use of other people's works

• No use of official website materials or logos
  

-Rules regarding derivative works

• If the jeki support advertising office determines that the work does not match the image, we may not be able to publish it.

• Please refrain from using derivative works created by third parties without permission, such as by obtaining them from SNS or websites.

Inquiries and requests to the following official artists are not accepted.

When making inquiries to artists other than those listed above, it is the responsibility of the fan organization to make sure to follow proper etiquette. Please note that the rules may be changed if a problem occurs.

*"Derivative works" refers to activities in which each group/creator of "STPR" adds new creativity to create new works. In other words, the act of copying as is (or any act that can be considered the same) does not constitute a derivative work.
*We cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding derivative works.

■Notes

・Minors are not allowed to place support advertisements. (Regardless of organization representative, member, or investor, this is not allowed.) Minors are not allowed to submit advertisements even if they have the consent of their guardians. Additionally, parents are not allowed to apply on their behalf.
・The posting location will be random. It is not possible to specify.

■Prohibitions

The display of the following content at the venue may be canceled without prior notice even after the display has been confirmed.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds in such cases.

1. Designs that include obscene expressions, defamatory expressions, discriminatory expressions, political expressions, cruel expressions, expressions that cause discomfort to third parties, and other expressions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.

2. Designs that include expressions that infringe on proprietary rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, or privacy rights owned by STPR, other groups and creators, and other third parties.

3. Other designs that include expressions that Cheering AD deems inappropriate.

In addition, not limited to the above, acts that Cheering AD deems inappropriate may be designated as prohibited acts.
Please observe good manners and practice accordingly.

■Disclaimer

STPR and Cheering AD cannot be held responsible for any disputes that arise between applicants and third parties in connection with the posting of "Cheering Banners," regardless of the cause.
Furthermore, even if an applicant suffers damage due to the posting of a "Support Banner", we will not be held responsible regardless of the reason.

Risks associated with posting outside notices

Due to the nature of outdoor notices, depending on the weather and surrounding environment, strong winds, gusts, heavy rain, etc. may cause the notices to fall, be damaged, become dirty, or be scattered.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for damage, removal, theft, mischief, etc. caused by third parties, as these are difficult to predict or prevent.

About visibility and posting status

Depending on the display location, installation environment, and surrounding conditions, the appearance and display status of the "support banner" may differ from the previous image or photo.

Regarding changes and cancellation of posted content

From the perspective of ensuring safety, the location of the display may be changed, the display may be temporarily removed, or the display may be discontinued at the discretion of the venue or management.
Even in that case, we will not be able to provide refunds or alternative solutions.

Regarding the impact of force majeure

Even if posting cannot be carried out or the posting period is shortened due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, traffic conditions, facility conditions, or other force majeure, we will not be able to provide refunds or substitutes.

What to do when an event is canceled

The display of "cheer flags" may be canceled due to the cancellation of the event itself, inclement weather, etc., or due to venue circumstances.
In that case, the display will not be posted, but the actual cheering banner will be sent to the applicant at a later date.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds.

When posting notices, we will give maximum consideration to safety and strive to operate appropriately to the extent possible.
