(1)About the description of advertisers

个人：请输入指定广告公司名称及联系方式（粉丝名只要是昵称即可）。
对于组织：请输入组织名称和联系信息（可接受电子邮件地址，不接受电话号码），以及指定广告代理机构的名称和联系信息。

*不能使用可识别个人的组织名称和个人电子邮件地址。
*巴士车身广告（巴士包装/车身侧面广告）不需要联系信息。

(2)关于广告许可

刊登广告、刊登图像（肖像权）等，必须事先获得所在机构的许可。请提交是否获得刊登广告、使用图像（肖像权）等许可的证明文件。
如果是二维内容，请明确该内容的版权来源和权利人，并提交广告、图像（肖像权）等是否已获得使用许可的书面证据。
无论哪种情况，指定的广告代理机构只有在事先获得同意的情况下才负责发布广告。
